About Me:Hello my name is Anastassia Puttnam and I am one of the writers for kings news.I am always smiling and tremendously determined to do anything that is thrown at me. Furthermore people describe me as a quirky character with whacky ideas...that's why I now write these stories. However when I grow up I have always really wanted to be a doctor/heart surgeon, so thats my aim :)
Tilly was keen on swimming, every day she would go and have a lesson; she even goes boating on the weekends. She is only 12. Her parents are old, lazy and fat, so they don't encourage her. This time, she went swimming and she had just got moved up to swimming best, (this is the top group). Tilly was so good that they had to put her with the adults.
When she went to the beach, she decided to go for a dip when, suddenly...she spotted a woman drowning in the sea. Tilly decided to risk her life to go and rescue the lady. As she went to dive in, her fat blobs (parents) came running up to her screaming, “I don't want to miss this moment.” 5 minutes later, she heaved the lady out of the water.
Over the next few weeks, Tilly got loads of praise and became a local hero. The lady couldn't stop saying thank you. Furthermore, her parents became more active and supportive (they lost weight). When Tilly grew older, she was a lifeguard and was proud to be one!
