About Me:Hello my name is Anastassia Puttnam and I am one of the writers for kings news.I am always smiling and tremendously determined to do anything that is thrown at me. Furthermore people describe me as a quirky character with whacky ideas...that's why I now write these stories. However when I grow up I have always really wanted to be a doctor/heart surgeon, so thats my aim :)
Waddling pathetically around the garden, the chickens; who were extremely fluffy, began to feel rather tired and achy, so they went to sleep in their hutch. (This was like a tremendously puffy pillow). As they dozed off, they all started to scratch in unison. One picked up the phone and rang their mum. Talking to their Mum in chicken language, she told them to go to her hutch, 5 houses away. When they plodded over there, they became more and more faint until...they all fell to the ground...
3 hours later, a young man came across the chickens on the floor, so he picked them up cautiously and took them to the vet! Running rapidly to the vet, the young man started to worry about the chickens because he started to wonder why the chickens were roaming the streets alone...they are CHICKENS! Suddenly, they began to wake up. Nevertheless, they were at the vet. Soon the vet came out with a clipboard and spectacles on the end of his nose, he said that the chickens had chicken pox and they needed to rest and drink lots.
Furthermore, he asked the man if he was the owner and he answered no...The vet didn't know what to do with the chickens, because he wasn't allowed to put them back on the roadside. Meanwhile, their mum started to become more and more worried...she was expecting them ages ago! She was running around like a headless chicken. The child was walking into the garden when she realised the chickens were missing, she called her mum and they sprinted to the vet. They took the chickens home without knowing they had chicken pox, but then they found out because, they kept scratching and scratching. 5 days later, they sneaked out of the hutch by pecking the cage until there was a hole; also, they pretended to be spies for fun. Soon they got to their mum's house and explained what had happened over a charming cup of flies!
