Chapter 3
Suddenly, they thumped to the ground and landed in white cotton wool balls; which were light and fluffy...but COLD! They were in ANTARCTICA! Around them where loads of penguins, waddling around, guarding their eggs with all their might and protecting their families from predators.
There were loads of different types of penguins walking around, such as:
Adelie,
African,
Chinstrap,
Emperor,
Erect-crested,
Fiordland,
Galapagos,
Gentoo,
Humboldt,
King,
Little,
Macaroni,
Magellanic,
Rockhopper,
Snares,
and Yellow-eyed.
As they observed the penguins, the Mum suddenly picked up a snowball and lobbed it at her daughter. As a result, a gargantuan snowball fight broke out. Then they lay on the floor and began to make snow angels. After a while, they got extremely cold. As a result, they stopped and within seconds they went on to another country and another and another, until they had gone all the way around the world.
Soon after, when they had arrived back home, her Mum disappeared and her Dad came, said goodbye and went off into the moonlight with the Mum, who was waiting in heaven! The girl lay there effortlessly on her bed. Then, out of the blue, her eyes opened and she was back in the cardboard box...she had just dreamt all of what had happened!
